Part of a four-story walk-up building close to Bartel-Pritchard Square in Park Slope, this two-bedroom apartment is now on the market for $750,000. The apartment has a nice blend of modern and rustic finishes.

The kitchen for instance has custom cabinetry with copper accents, a host of stainless steel appliances including a double-door refrigerator and a dishwasher, a farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, and a washer/dryer.

The overall living/dining/kitchen space has a number of windows that bring in a good amount of light, an exposed brick wall that adds a touch of warmth, and enough space to fit a couch and a small dining table, in addition to the breakfast bar seating in the kitchen.

The bedrooms here seem like they’re a bit of tight squeeze, but the master bedroom seems to have a good amount of closet space. Another nice feature is the sliding barn door that separates the second room from the living room. That room appears to be setup as a kid’s room/a study.

The apartment’s only bathroom has white marble tiling, fixtures by Grohe and Toto, and a standing shower.
