Homepage Design For Android Application

This week, The Transcript is debuting a new website design and mobile app.

The goal of both is to streamline access to our unique, local content, whether it be stories, videos or photos. We hope you enjoy our website’s new, clean look and the more robust mobile app, which will be available for both IOS and Android devices.

We’ll be fine-tuning some aspects of the website over the next several days, so your feedback is much appreciated. Let us know what you think, what you like, what you don’t like, and what we should consider changing further down the line by emailing editor Caleb Slinkard (editor@normantranscript.com).

If you’re a subscriber, and you don’t use the Transcript’s app, we highly recommend you download it for your mobile device. Our e-edition, which is an interactive copy of our daily newspaper, is a favorite among many of our readers (just know, it may be a few days before the app is available on IOS devices). The app also has a new feature that allows you to personalize the kinds of stories you want to read.

We’re excited for you to see them both, and we hope they add to your experience reading the Transcript.
