Heaven forbid that we ignore the General Plan, ignore EIRs, and negatively impact the quality of life of established neighborhoods. The Planning Commission did the right thing and it took political courage to do so. Do you think the city is getting the message that the citizens are going to start standing up for their neighborhoods and their quality of life? The traffic at Redwood,Trancas and California is horrendous and now their is a proposal to put a Lowes on Solano near Trower. This add semi-trucks trying to negotiate turns at Trower and Solano. Just watch a tour bus that hit a red light block the whole intersection and see what the addition of semis will create. Thats the next battle.
