NEWARK, CA — The Glass Bay development in Newark won three Bay Area home building awards including first place in the Community of the Year – Detached category, and finalist in Best Architectural Series, and Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home – under 2,500 SF. The awards were handed out last Friday at the 2018 Building Industry Association (BIA) of the Bay Area's Excellence in Home Building Awards program.
