Amelia Bouquet, 24, decided to retrain as a landscape gardener after becoming disillusioned with conventional office jobs.

Amelia, from London, says her fledgling new career has been life-changing.

I graduated from Bristol University with a degree in French and Italian in 2016 but because I wasn't at all sure what to do next I tried out a number of things which concluded in trying to be an estate agent. I lasted six months.
