Bedroom Designs In Jamaica

In Jamaica, Queens, a massive 26-story residential building near the AirTrain is quietly taking shape at 147-36 94th Avenue, replacing a low-rise commercial building that once stood in its place. It seems that the project is a fully affordable development, bringing 379 new studios, one-, and two-bedrooms into the neighborhood. The affordable lottery has officially launched on the city’s Housing Connect website and is accepting applications [PDF!] between now and January 2, 2018.

The apartments are a mix of studios, one-, and two-bedrooms and offer units across five price brackets. New Yorkers earning anywhere between 50 percent to 165 percent of the area median income (AMI) can apply for one of the many units up for grabs, with prices ranging from $707 to $1,729/month for a studio; $759 to $2,170 for a one-bedroom; and $917 to $2,611 for a two-bedroom.

The Artimus Construction-developed building willing offer a decent amenity package that is set to include a laundry room, a fitness center, yoga room, resident’s lounge, business center, children’s playroom, an outdoor courtyard, a rooftop terrace, and parking. GF55 Partners is responsible for its design (h/t YIMBY).
