Shannon Beador Sells OC Mansion

Well lookee here another Housewife is moving up and out!

's non-toxic palace by-ish the sea just hit the market for a paltry $13,498,000 million.

The >Real Housewives of Orange County

star's 13,306 square feet mansion contains 7 bedrooms, 8 full and 5 half bathrooms, multiple kitchens, a craft room, plus a secret tea room. Oh – and a regulation-sized basketball court! All that plus sustainable living can be yours – if you're rich enough to buy and sell >Vicki Gunvalson

10 times over.

Heather… are you out there?

Shannon really didn't want to reside in the same "community" (neighborhood, exclusive gated sub-community?) as >Heather Dubrow

, so she listed. Shannon's home is located in the Crystal Cove enclave community, which is where the Dubrows are building their new 17,000 square foot spread – using the same architect! And presumably they're also embedding crystals in the wall, because "Crystal Cove" – duh!

The Beadors began building on their land in 2006 using famed SoCal mansion specialist Richard Krantz to design and build the holistic and chemical-free spread (no WiFi lines please!). Then

Shannon used decorator Robert Ricker to install the classic yet contemporary decor, or as the real estate listing describes it, "heirloom and art-quality finishes." Actually the technical terms are "faux-Tuscan French farmhouse" which boasts being "reminiscent of European country manors and legacy East Coast mansions". The home was completed in 2012 and low and behold two years later they're selling. Divorce?

Shannon and

David have apparently already purchased another land parcel where they plan to build. But seriously – what is the point of building these enormous, highly-customized homes only to bail out like 15 minutes after construction is completed?
